It was founded by the Dominican Sisters of Sparkill in 1957.
Aquinas High School, Bronx, NY

Dominican Convent School, Bahawalpur, Pakistan
Dominican Convent Higher Secondary School is owned and operated by The Dominican Sisters of Our Lady of the Rosary. The school was officially opened on the 5th of May,1958, with Father Bertrand Boland as the first principal. Upon the arrival of the Sisters in October of that year, leadership of the school was turned over to Sr. Purissima. Although Dominican Convent School was begun as a middle school, within two years it became a high school. Cambridge classes began to be offered to our students in 2000, and the school was upgraded to a Higher Secondary School in 2003.

The Fund provides flexible capital and financial services for the development of affordable housing and community facilities, especially child care centers, throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

One To One Learning, Upper Nyack, NY
This Outreach Program services Rockland County Latino, Mexican, Haitian, and other immigrants in many ways including: basic English tutorial programs including ESL and GED; computer classes; cCitizenship education; advocacy and immigration counseling; transportation to classes;
children’s program that includes reading readiness activities and homework assistance; cultural events highlighting the ethnicity of students and teachers; job placement; linkage to social services; Information on housing and fair housing practices; emergency food and clothing.

Thorpe Family Residence is a temporary shelter for homeless mothers and children. Services are provided on site, such as: parenting, budgeting, conflict resolution and counseling. The goal is to help mothers finish school or get job training, so they can secure a living wage job and live independently in permanent housing.
Thorpe Village, Sparkill, NY
Thorpe Village is a federally subsidized housing community for the elderly and handicapped located on a 10 acre site in Sparkill, N.Y. It is dedicated not only to providing shelter for its residents but also to creating an environment that enriches the quality of their lives.Opened in 1981 under the sponsorship of the Dominican sisters, Thorpe Village is widely recognized for the variety and excellence of its social, recreational and cultural services and programs. Twenty of Thorpe Village's 200 one-bedroom apartments are equipped for the mobility impaired.
