Our Associates have launched their ninth annual Pajama & Book Drive, a project to collect pajamas and books for children who go to bed each night having to wear the clothing they wore all day because either they are living in shelters or their families lack the resources to provide them with sleepwear. In collaboration with the Pajama Program, they will donate pairs of pajamas along with age-appropriate books for bedtime reading to many children in local area shelters.
You can donate pajamas (sizes Infant to Youth 12) and books, or, if you prefer, gift cards/checks/cash donations can be made. They may be dropped off until November 17th at Dominican Convent, Route 340, Sparkill, NY, Attention: Ellen O'Sullivan. Checks should be made to Dominican Sisters of Sparkill; please put "Pajama Program" in the memo line.
