The Dominican Sisters of Sparkill were thrilled to have students from their two sponsored high schools attend the 2015 Dominican High Schools Preaching Conference in Adrian, MI earlier this summer. Four juniors from Albertus Magnus High School, Bardonia, NY, accompanied by their Campus Minister Sr. Nancy Richter, and 2 juniors from Aquinas High School, Bronx, NY, accompanied by faculty member Cathy Trapp, attended this exciting event from June 26th – July 1st. The students were empowered to discover and deepen the preacher within themselves through a week of prayer, study, community and interaction with a variety of members of the Dominican Family.
