The Dominican Sisters of Sparkill are proud to announce that our Sister Kathleen Donnelly has been elected by Dominican Sisters throughout the country to serve as a member of the Executive Committee of the Dominican Sisters Conference (DSC). The DSC unites Sisters and Associates of US Dominican Congregations in their mission to preach the Gospel of Jesus, standing as a clear voice for truth, justice, and peace. The group engages in rigorous study that leads to collaborative action.
Sr. Kathleen’s three-year term will begin in October 2016. She shared of this wonderful honor, “I greatly appreciate your confidence in me and I hope to be a spark of light and support. Together we are stronger Dominicans.”
